When we built the shop in Bells Yew Green we had no idea that just 1 mile down the road lay Higham Organic Farm.
As we discovered, Higham Organics has the meat with the most amazing taste. Whether it be their Beef Burgers, Steaks or their Lamb and Pork chops, the taste is incredible. The Beef Burgers by way of example are produced from organic meat farmed at BYG and with just a pinch of spice turn out to be a mouth watering dining experience. Not what you would expect from a humble "Burger".
